You will walk into Q1 planning knowing exactly what to do and how to take action on your new plan, so that 2027 can be your most successful year yet.

Questions

Before you book

How long does the audit take?

Six-to-eight weeks from the first kickoff to the last alignment session, with a two-week buffer built in for holidays and stakeholder schedules.

What do you need from our team?

We'll need time with 5 to 8 people across marketing, sales, RevOps and customer success, and view access to your core systems, such as your CRM, marketing automation and analytics.

Is there a contract?

Yes. Every audit begins with a short agreement that confirms the project scope, timing and any add-ons before we kick off.

We just relaunched our website. Do we still pay for that review?

The core audit looks at your website only as part of your funnel. If you want a deep website strategy, that would be an add-on. If you want to skip pieces or add them, book a strategy session and we'll shape the scope to match what you need.

What happens to the $250 Strategy Session fee?

The Strategy Session is incredibly valuable on its own- we'll provide you real strategies and insight into your unique marketing. If you choose to move forward with an audit, the $250 is credited in full towards that investment.

Do you help us execute the roadmap?

The audit is for full-scale strategy and planning only. After the Audit is delivered, you can run it in-house with the suggestions included, add a focused build project with KTC, or bring us onto an execution retainer with our powerful team.

Ready to grow?

Book your Look Back, Look Forward Audit now and have your roadmap in hand before Q1 planning even begins. Space is limited- we're only taking on 4 Audits before 2026 ends.
